What we collect
Information you choose to give us: your name, phone, email, city and the details of your service request. The maintenance planner at schedule.imperialcountyhvac.com also stores the answers you enter and your consent choices.
How we use it
- To respond to your service request.
- To send maintenance reminders, only if you asked for them.
- To have a licensed local HVAC contractor contact you, only if you requested service or asked to be contacted.
Phone calls
When you call a phone number on this website, the call is answered by an automated system that may ask what kind of system needs service and your ZIP code. To connect you with an available licensed contractor, your phone number (caller ID), ZIP code, the type of service you selected and the website you called from are shared with our call-routing partner and with the contractor who receives your call. We do not record calls. The contractor you are connected with may record calls under their own policies. We do not send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with
Service requests, contact requests and phone calls are shared with a licensed local HVAC contractor, and calls pass through our call-routing partner. Reminders may be sent by or on behalf of a licensed local HVAC partner. We do not sell your information to list brokers or data resellers. If this website or business is sold or transferred, your information may transfer with it under this policy.
